Kristi Grall, MD, MHPE
Larry is a perennially curious person with a correspondingly diverse resume. He's boarded in both Emergency Medicine and Critical Care, and has been faculty at the University of Arizona since 2008. He holds additional degrees in education, and music. He has been Happy Doc's curriculum director since 2017, leading the design of our wellness education CME.

Kristi Grall, MD, MHPE
Kristi is an assistant program director for the EM residency at Partners Healthcare in Minnesota, and is now in charge of their wellness program. In addition to being a board certified emergency physician, she has a master's in health education. Kristi is a member of the Angels of Hippocrates advisory board, and a core member of our wellness retreat faculty.

Elizabeth is a trauma specialist and therapist focusing on Trauma, Training, and Program development. She is the former training director and Trauma specialist at the Sidran institute. She's taught extensively for Happy Doc, and is one of our participants' favorite wellness retreat facilitators.

Rick is the person who had the vision and brought everyone together. He saw the need in the healthcare community, and has extensive experience as an event planner and activity coordinator. He recruited Elizabeth Vermilyea to be one of our wellness retreat facilitators, and in doing so forged a working team that has been delivering high

Typically our wellness education CME programming runs in the morning from around 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, with plenty of time for enjoying the islands in the afternoon!
Cirque de Soleil: 'Auana and other activities
Cirque de Soleil's newest show is called 'Auana, and is being hosted by Outrigger. We're working on a group discount to go with our next program. There's also the Pearl Harbor Museum, the US Battleship Missouri, Diamond Head Crater, Byodo-In Temple, Sunset Cruises, Beaches, and more!

Happy Doc Summer Camp
Personal and Workplace Wellness CME
Happy Doc Summer Camp provides personal and workplace wellness programs. While mindfulness and other personal wellness disciplines ground us and allow us to endure short-term stress, we strongly believe that preventing burnout means changing the workplace, too.
Our CME programs are action-oriented, and our wellness retreat facilitators will keep you engaged and moving! We discuss causes of burnout, and strategies for change to improve your personal and work life.
Happy Doc Summer Camp is one of Angels of Hippocrates' Flagship programs.
